aBOUT ME

I am an unserious person with a serious passion for empowering artists to create live performances. I’ll keep it brief - Since I was 12 years old, I have not spent more than a month not working on some performance project. At 18 years old, I was quoted in my school’s newspaper as saying: “if you let me spend 14 hours working in a theater I will.” While I think I have now found a much healthier work-life balance, I have not lost the profound sense of purpose I feel when I’m helping realize artistic projects.

Some of you may know me as the host of Wisdom Of The Crowd, The Live Game Show Where You are The Contestant and The Answer, or from my tenure as the resident Quizzo host at Fringe Bar. If you want me to host your event, please reach out! I just might! I have been hosting talent shows, artist showcases, and other random events since I was in middle school, and I am great at last-minute gigs. It’s pretty hard to sell yourself as an in-person host over the art form that is “personal website,” but feel free to swing by Fringe Bar on Wednesdays at 7:01 PM or come to Wisdom Of The Crowd to get a taste for what I bring to the table.

Right now, I’m extremely grateful to work as the Artist & Development Programs Manager at FringeArts in Philadelphia. The most important program that I manage is the Philadelphia Fringe Festival. Philly Fringe is an Open-Access Performing Arts Festival that welcomes over 350+ independently producing artists to put on shows all over the city in September. Year-round, I coordinate other projects supporting and developing our community of artists and assist fundraising efforts in our Development department with a special focus on FEASTIVAL.

I also have experience as a theater producer and new work dramaturg. I still do these things! If you want me to do them for you, feel free to reach out, though my capacity is very limited for any large time commitments during May - October. I’m always down to read your script!

If you still want to learn more about me, check out this profile in the Philadelphia Gay News (I guess they cover bisexual news as well), or reach out directly with any invasive personal questions.
